Riding Lesson

Last Thursday I went to a riding lesson with my friend Gry.  Gry grew up in Denmark.  She and her husband Robbie go back and forth from Denmark to their home here in Esterillos.  My friend Silwia (spelled correctly) is from Poland.  She is 28 and lives down the beach in Bejuco.  She owns 6 horses, and 3 amazing dogs - a huge great dane, a malamute, and a little "tico" dog (that means a mix of God only knows what......)  Silwia came to Costa Rica when she was just 8 years old and lived on a horse ranch some where near San Jose (I think).  It was there she learned how to ride and at very young age began working with horses 7 days a week. Not only is she beautiful, but she can seriously ride.  Photos are from the lesson.  No fancy arena here - just work with what you have - the result was the same - a great lesson and a fun time had.
