Almendros New Bar/Cocktail Party

Friday, a week ago, Karen held a cocktail party at her restaurant Los Almendros to celebrate the opening of her new bar.  I was actually at the restaurant the very first night it opened back in Feb. 2008.  Since then, I have had many a dinner and good time at this amazing restaurant.  Despite the fact the restaurant has been open all these years, it took this long to get a liquor license. Such is life in Costa Rica.  The good news - she's got it now and the new addition is awesome.
