Go Fly a Kite........

Yesterday, Jeni called a gathering at the grassy knoll - sorta a Sunday afternoon tradition - we all just show up.  With her, she brought a kit for making a kite.  Once she opened the package, she immediately turned it over to Sharon who had volunteered to figure it out.  Amazingly, within a short amount of time, she with the help of Desirae and Eleanor had it all put together.  Making it fly was a different challenge, but once the wind picked up and with the help of Jose, the "Flying Dutchman" took to flight at the delight of all of us.... including the dogs.  Good friends sharing a fun afternoon "On the Coast of Somewhere Beautiful" :)
