Two Great Reasons to Celebrate

Last week Brooke and Craig returned to EO - not as visitors - but...to stay!  They first came to Esterillos back in 2010.  They lived here for 8 months until their renter back in Phoenix decided to stop paying the rent on their house.  Shortly after their return to the states they moved to Shell Beach, CA - about 10 minutes from where I previously lived, for THIRTY years.  I was thrilled as I knew exactly where they were.  However, despite how awesome the central coast of CA is, their hearts longed for Costa Rica.  And so, for the past 2 years it has been their mission to return and now... here they are.  

Friday was Desirae's birthday and a great excuse for all of us to get together and go out.  We ended up at the famous Bubba's - Fish Tacos in Jaco.

Brooke, Craig, Des and Kealy - 4 of my most favorite people.  There was a moment just sitting there listening to them I was so amazed to just be in their presence.  I know each and everyone of them so well, so grateful they could care less how fricken old I am :)

Not only did Brooke and Craig return, but they brought their dogs.  Beau was with them the last time they were living here. Niko was adopted last year in April.  He is also an Australian Shepard - however - he is deaf.  Brooke communicates with him by sign language :) - Seriously.

Soooooo happy to have all of you back!
