The LA Crew

Actually, the LA Crew is from Hermosa Beach, CA but somehow or another LA Crew is what stuck.  One of the most wonderful gifts of living in this small beach town, besides the 80 degree ocean water, beautiful warm tropical days, fireflies at night, lush jungle all around, monkeys, sea glass, local tico families with their beautiful children, an abundance of fresh fruit, waves I can surf, the constant sound of the ocean, dramatic thunder and lightening during the rainy season, ceviche and chicharrones, horses on the beach......is the amazing people who just show up.  Many of them, for all parts of the world, truly have no idea the gem they have discovered until after they have been here a few days.  And so it was with the LA crew: Chris & Nyisha - Ryan & Alyssa.  I met them shortly after their arrival but because of the holidays really didn't have much time to spend with them.  Fortunately 2 days before they left they wanted to go to a specific waterfall - had tried to find it the day before, got lost.......I was free and volunteered to show them the way.  Tres Piscinas (Three Pools)  is one of my most favorite places to take people so this was an easy one for me.  My short time spent with these 2 wonderful couples was a simple pleasure and huge benefit of living in beautiful Esterillos Oeste.
